G2G Intelligence
AI access is not AI adoption.
Alesha Taylor, Founder and Chief Disruptor
I train teams to use AI inside the work they already do, put the policy and the spend back under control, and hold the fractional Chief AI Officer seat when a company needs one.

About
I have sat in the room and run the work.
Most companies have already bought the AI. What they don't have is a team that knows how to use it, a policy that keeps it safe, or any way to tell whether it's working.
I came up through operations, running teams and fixing the work that kept breaking. When AI arrived, I did not wait for permission. I started building. I designed and shipped CareerQuest, a live AI job search copilot with its own database and billing, and AutoIntel Agent, an AI voice receptionist platform. Building taught me what no demo does: access is not adoption. Plenty of people had the tools. Almost nobody had been taught to use them.
So I started teaching. G2G Intelligence is almost two years old, serving financial firms and contractors, and I have educated more than 100 business owners in rooms and one on one. I wrote FREE TIME because the real prize is not doing more work with AI, it is getting your hours back. And I mentor and speak across Long Island because adoption starts with who gets taught.
TEDxHarlem
I led an official campaign. Then I took it to the TEDx stage.
I was the creative director. I led the vision for the team and worked with other creatives to build a campaign that would resonate with the audience it needed to reach.
Once the final concepts were approved, I partnered with the agency's in-house production team and presented the work myself. That presentation became a key speech for TEDxHarlem and a trending topic on Twitter.

The book
FREE TIME: How to Use AI for More Life
Most people use AI to do more work. This book shows you how to think about AI, and your time, differently.
- Break free from the time-for-money mindset
- Learn why the way you think comes before any automation
- Apply AI practically to buy back your hours
Time is the one asset you cannot replace.
Once you spend it, it is gone. Most of us were taught to trade it for money.
Most people use AI to do more work.
That is the wrong way around. The mindset comes first, then the automation.
Use it to buy your hours back.
Flip the glass. AI is the tool, your mindset is the foundation.

Spend and monetization oversight
A usage and cost baseline, protection against runaway spend, cost by department, and a clear view of what the spend is actually returning.
Workflow and automation builds
Intake, documents, reporting, CRM, scheduling and email, automated inside the tools your team already owns.

What people say after the room.
I thought the presentation went very well. You were incredibly well spoken, and that's not easy to do. I can honestly say I learned a lot from you, especially when it comes to prompts and how to better use AI as a tool.
… I think the best thing we can do is continue educating people, helping them understand it, and moving forward in a thoughtful way.
It was such a pleasure to meet you! You are a force and I can't wait to see more of you. I'm still trying to process everything you taught all of us in a 30 minute timeframe.
